Booking Booking with us is as simple as it should be, the most difficult part will be choosing your games! To book, simply get in touch with your date, game choices and venue details to see if we're avaiable.
Payment We require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, the balance is due 14 days before your event. Payments can be made vis PayPal or bank transfer, you will be able to view all payments against your invoice once they have been received and receipts can be sent on request.
Changes to Games We know that your event needs to be perfect and we want you to be as happy with your games choices as you can be. Most people are making bookins many months in advance and we understand that what you like at first might not be what you want in the end! We are happy to change your game choices as many times as yout up until 3 day days before your event. We will confirm your game choices 2 weeks before your event to make sure you are completely happy with your selection. You can also add more games to your package.
Cancellation If for any readon you wish to cancel your booking you must do so in writing as soon as possible. Your initial booking deposit of £50 is non-refundable at any time. Cancellations within 14 days of your event will require payment in full,
Getting Your Games
Setting up We know that organising any event is a combination of many elements and we want the games to be enjoyed so we make setting up easy. We prefer to set up the morning of your event, this means you can quickly change out any games we need to if the weather is not the dry day that you hoped for. We will set everything up for you and will set them up according to what your wishes, if nobody is available then we will set the games up as to what we think will work best for your event. Once all of the games have been set up you will be left with a full inventory list, you must view the items and sign that you are happy that everything has been left as you want and that everything is present and in a good condition. If nobody is available to sign for the games being left then they will be deemed as delivered and undamaged. We would never knowingly leave games that were not in an undamaged condition.
Collection As most events run into the evening we will collect the day after your event, we try to make this early in the morning. Please ensure that all games are left in the condition that you received them and we would appreciate them being left close together so we don't have to hunt around for any stray items.
Delivery Charges We delivery free of charge to venues within 25 miles from our Telford base. If your venue is outside of this area then please get in touch for a customised delivery charge.
Damage Deposit We know that as a hirer you plan to treat all items with the care and respect that they deserve, we also know that accidents can happen and that is why we ask for a damage desposit. All bookings require a £50 damages deposit, this is to cover any potential damage that may occur during the hire or missing pieces. Damage deposits will be refunded within 48 hours after games have been collected and inspected. Any damages or missing pieces will be reported to the hirer before any of the damage deposit is withheld. If any missing pieces are returned at the hirers cost then the remaining balance of the damage deposit wil be refunded. If there is any damage or missing pieces that amount to more than your damage deposit then we will invoice the additional costs seperately and payment should be made within 7 days.
Insurance We recommend that you take out spcialist wedding insurance for your event. Once we leave our games at your venue they are the sole responsibility of you, the hirer, and any damages, loss or breakages will need to be covered by the hirer.
Shropshire Gardent Party accepts no resposibility or liabilty for any damage to to and property or person. Please ensure that children are suitably supervised whilst playing with any of our games.
The wonderful British weather is unpredictable and we hope that you have a dry day! In the event of this not being the case we will endeavour to leave games inside where we hope they can be enjoyed. You can select alternative games to use in the event of bad weather prior to your event, please ensure you have permission from your venue to use games in an indoor area.
No refund will be given in the event bad weather that prevents us from setting up games or you from playing with them. We will arrive to deliver games as agreed and if you choose not to have them set up then will take them away, no refund will be given in this case. If games are left and are damaged due to adverse weather then you will incur costs to rectify this damage. Although our games are outdoor games they are not suitable to be left out in the rain all day and night.
